Autumnal Pastries

You guessed it! It's another autumn bake, but this one is soooooo much easier! These are simply just little plum pastries but oh do they taste good!

Ingredients:

- 4 Ripe plums

- 'Ready Roll puff pastry' (cheating I know)

For filling sauce

- Cinnamon 2 tsp

- Honey 2 tsp

- Sugar 2 tsp

Recipe:

1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees (or whatever the packet guides you to do for the pastry)

2. Cut up your plums and lay out your pastry as it will need to sit for 10 minuets

3. Heat up your cinnamon, honey and sugar on a medium heat until it makes a combined thin liquid.

4. Now cut around your plums on the pastry to rectangle shapes

5. You can now drizzle your sauce over the plums and fold your pastry ( I cut mine into 4 triangle corners and then folded them in but it's up to you!)

6. Finally put them in the oven for around 25-30 minuets and then enjoy the autumn goodness!
