Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yes. You read right, healthy cookies!! And they are totally delicious!

Ingredients:

- 6oz Oats

- 1 tsp Bicarbonate Soda

- 4 tbs coconut oil

- 2 eggs

- 3 tbs honey

- Dark chocolate chips

Method:

1. Preset the oven to 180 degrees C

2. Put oats and bicarbonate soda into a mixing bowl and stir together.

3. Next put the coconut oil into a (microwaveable) bowl and microwave for 20 seconds.

4. Add the eggs and honey to the melted coconut oil and stir

5. Combine the wet ingredients with dry

6. Add the chocolate chips and stir!

7. Now line a baking tin with baking paper and mould the cookie mixture into around 8 cookies!

8. Then put in the oven for 10 minutes (until golden brown) bare in mind they will become more solid as they cool!
